The wellbeing of our customers and staff remains our top priority. Kindly note that our branch opening times are as follows:
Adliya Branch: Saturday to Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00.
Seef Branch: Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00.
We're working hard to maintain the support and services you need during this time. You can continue to do your banking transactions through online banking, mobile banking and ATMs.
COVID-19 charity projects in Middle East - 14 April 2020
An estimated 80,000 people across 7 countries will benefit from our global US$25 million COVID-19 charitable fund, including over 4,000 in Bahrain.

In line with the recommendation from public health authorities and the Government Executive committee, we request individuals who have been quarantined or required to self-isolate to not enter or conduct transactions in person in HSBC’s branches.
We are also asking all our customers to consider whether a face-to-face visit to the branch is really essential in the light of the on-going COVID-19 outbreak and ensure they are wearing a face mask when visiting HSBC Bank.

There’s no need to visit a branch to make payments or pay in cheques – your banking needs are at the touch of a button.
Beware of fraud
Some criminals are using the coronavirus outbreak as an opportunity to scam the public. This includes offering medical products, guidance or a safe haven for money. Remember, HSBC will never ask you to move money to a safe account. Please remain vigilant and stay up to date with the latest information on our fraud and security page.
