Call deposit account
Call Deposit Account gives you the flexibility to add to your deposit and make withdrawals at any time.
- Funds deposited attract interest on a daily basis at published rates
- Available in BHD, USD, GBP & EURO
- The deposit period is not fixed
- Interest is calculated on the daily cleared balance and credited every month
- Minimum deposit is BHD 10,000, USD 20,000, GBP 10,000, EURO 20,000
- If balance falls below the minimum requirement, no interest will accrue during the specified period
- Withdrawals
- No ATM cards are offered
- Account details will be reflected on your monthly statement
- Personal Internet Banking Access to a range of account related services through Internet
- Phone Banking Access to your account through Phone. You will be required to pre-register for this service. Please contact your branch for details. Thereafter all you have to do is dial 17 569999 to access your account
- Residents above the age of 18 can open a Call Deposit
- Non-residents can also open Call Deposits
- Minors cannot open Call Deposits
- Copy of your passport and CPR card along with the originals for sighting
- A monthly service charge of BHD 3 will be charged if the above minimum average balance is not maintained
