• Credit Card Emergency Services (supported by MasterCard®)
  Card and cash missing? We'll provide US$ 2,000 instant cash and a replacement card. You can make a call to the Premier Emergency Hotline in the US at +(1) 314 275 6781 which puts you in touch with a customer service representative, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Dilmun Lounge

Enjoy unlimited access to the Dilmun Lounge at Bahrain International Airport every time you fly through Bahrain with your HSBC Premier ATM Card or Premier Credit Card. It doesn’t matter how often you travel, or which class you fly by, just present your HSBC Premier ATM Card or Premier Credit Card, step into the Dilmun Lounge and unwind. Not only this, but you can also bring along one guest!

• Terms and Conditions:
  Every HSBC Premier ATM or Credit Cardholder is allowed a free access plus one complimentary guest access.
  
  Each HSBC Premier ATM or Credit Cardholder shall be entitled to purchase additional accesses to the Lounge for guest/spouse/child etc. at the rate of BHD 10/- per passenger provided always that full payment for this service is made using an HSBC Premier ATM Card or Premier Credit Card.
  
  HSBC Premier ATM or Credit Cardholders are allowed to stay at the Dilmun Lounge for a maximum of 4 hours per visit/travel.
